Today, Auricchio group includes the brands Auricchio, Riserva Esclusiva Auricchio, Colombo, Ceccardi, Gloria, Locatelli (for US exclusively), Caseificio Villa- Il Sole della Franciacorta. It owns seven production units: Gazzo di Pieve San Giacomo (CR) and Somma Vesuviana (NA) for the production of Provolone, and packaging and shipping centres for all types of cheese. Cava Manara (PV) for the production of Gorgonzola, Erbusco (BS) for mozzarella, Taleggio and Quartirolo Lombardo, Macomer (NU) for the production of Pecorino Romano, fresh and aged pecorino, and other ricotta cheeses. Scandiano (RE) for the production of fresh ricotta and caciotta. Solignano (PR) for Parmigiano Reggiano.
All the products are still produced according to traditional methods following the ancient recipes passed down from generation to generation.
