Gorgonzola Consortium invite you to meet them at CIBUS, the 19th International Food Exhibition at the Parma Exhibition Centre, May 7-10, 2018 (9.30 am to 6 pm). Every day, at PAD 2- STAND C056 the Consortium will organise two haute cuisine events every day:

  • Monday 7, Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 of May: the chef GIANPIERO CRAVERO will present pairings with PDO and PGI excellences of the Italian territory
  • Tuesday 8 of May: the chef ANTONINO CANNAVACCIUOLO, testimonial of the Gorgonzola Consortium, will give a live performance of one of his recipes

CIBUS 2018, an event restricted to the industry, will also be an opportunity to enjoy the performance of the chef Cannavacciuolo and to gain a better insight into a product with about 720 million Euros business volume in consumption, and which today represents the 3rd most important cow-milk cheese amongst the Italian PDO cheeses
