Homemade Tagliolini to Timut Pepper, with Cream of Oysters, Sweet Gorgonzola, Artichokes and Pearls of Salmon

Ingredients for 4 people
- 250 g of tagliolini of fresh pasta homemade
- 1 boiled potato
- 8 oysters
- 100 g of sweet gorgonzola
- Timut pepper (strong pepper with smell of citrus)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 artichoke
- 1 knob of butter
- Salmon Pearls
Prepare a pot of salted water. Cook the tagliolini. Add the Timut pepper berries and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Turn occasionally the pasta. Prepare the cream of oysters putting in a bowl the boiled potato cubes, the oysters, the sweet gorgonzola and a little cooking water. Whisk everything well. Mix everything well. In a pan, put extra virgin olive oil, the pepper berries and the cream of oysters. Let’s dissolve everything well.
Drain the tagliolini. Pass them in a pan with a little cooking water. dd a knob of butter and a little oyster cream. Cut an artichoke into thin slices. Put the tagliolini into the plate. Add the oyster. Place the artichoke slices around the plate. Garnish with Salmon pearls.
