No-cook balls with sweet gorgonzola, black sesame and paprika

Appetizing and surprising, these funny balls are made of gorgonzola and are ideal for a tasty break. Sesame and paprika add an oriental spicy touch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g cow’s milk ricotta
  • 100 g SWEET GORGONZOLA
  • 70 g parmesan
  • Fresh herbs
  • Black pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Black sesame

In a blender add ricotta, SWEET GORGONZOLA, parmesan and fresh herbs. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Make balls the size of a nut, roll them in paprika or black sesame and serve immediately.
