  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 130 g seed oil
  • 170 g full-fat milk
  • 470 g 00 flour
  • 180 g boiled spinach

In a bowl, work the eggs with salt, sugar and seed oil. Add the sieved flour and keep stirring well. Add the roughly chopped spinach and the sieved baking powder. Stir well and finally add the chopped herbs, the olives, the crumbled spicy gorgonzola, the sun-dried tomatoes and ground black pepper. Once the mixture is smooth, transfer to a previously buttered and floured plum cake mould. Preheat the oven to 180° and cook for 45/50 minutes. Remove, leave to cool and serve in slices.
