Spicy gorgonzola fritters with yogurt and mint sauce

Tender fritters with a tasty heart… to enjoy any time of the day. Gorgonzola gets excited with the yogurt sauce and falls in love with the mint sweetness. Can’t blame it…

EASY RECIPE
SERVES 6

INGREDIENTS

200 g 00 flour
160 g water
1 sachet of baking powder for savoury cakes
1 tablespoon of salt
200 g spicy gorgonzola
Seed oil for frying
FOR THE SAUCE
200 g Greek yogurt
Fresh mint
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon of evo oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

PREPARATION

In a bowl, add the flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly add the water to the mixture and work it until smooth. Add the SPICY GORGONZOLA in cubes and continue working the mixture. Drop spoons of mixture in hot oil and fry until the fritters are golden. Set aside. For the yogurt sauce, mix all the ingredients with chopped mint in a bowl and work thoroughly. Set aside. Serve the fritters with the sauce on the side.
