Gorgonzola invents an alternative burger with the sweetness of lentils and the fresh touch of salad. A surprisingly light and original delicacy.
“May I have another one, please?”
- 400 g cooked lentils
- 1/2 shallot
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs + breadcrumbs for breading
- 2 tablespoons of evo oil
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Black pepper
- 1 egg
- 150 g sweet gorgonzola
- Mixed salad
Put the lentils, 1/2 shallot, breadcrumbs, evo oil, thyme leaves, egg, gorgonzola, 1 pinch of salt and black pepper in the blender. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and compact. Shape the Burgers using a mould, bread them with the breadcrumbs and brown in a non-stick pan with evo oil for about 7 minutes per side.
Serve the lentil burgers warm or lukewarm and garnish with a mixed salad.
