Are there people who like blue molds? Yes! And it is an ancient family gift that we hand down from father to son because we wish to protect the Italian tradition from the danger of extinction. We love modernity and globalization but always keeping alive the precious diversities and all those memories of a distant world that, by now, we no longer see. With our daily ardor, a lovely old-fashioned dairy and great healthy and safe aging, we will make you, too, fall in love with the magnificent Gorgonzola Si and our unique blue-veined cheeses.
This is our promise, born in Valsassina in the early twentieth century.
