A Gorgonzola PDO menu for the big occasions

Six simple yet original recipes to bring all the goodness of Gorgonzola Pdo to the table on important occasions and festive days.

We start with a light and tasty appetizer of rye bread and orange marmalade accompanied by a non-alcoholic cocktail and followed by all the sweetness of a Gorgonzola mousse garnished with berries.  

As a first course, a tasty dish sure to impress: Rice noodles with savoy cabbage cream, Gorgonzola PDO and almond slivers.

Gorgonzola Pdo amazes even at the end of a meal thanks to the mouth-watering cream to offer with a dessert, such as the typical Italian pandoro or panettone, perhaps accompanying it with a good dessert wine. 

The same cream, diluted with raisin wine, is also perfect for garnishing classic dried fruit, thus transforming it into an original and tasty end to a meal or finger food to serve with tea or an aperitif.
