Burger with fried chicken stripes, rocket, sweet Gorgonzola PDO and tomato sauce


  • 4 burger (buns)
  • 400 g chicken breast (sliced)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Rocket
  • 300 g Gorgonzola PDO (sweet)
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 glass milk (full-fat)
  • 2 tomatoes (vine)
  • salt
  • Black pepper


  1. Cut the chicken in stripes, coat in breadcrumbsand cook in a pan with seed oil until well golden.
  2. Drain on fried food paper and sprinkle with saltflakes.
  3. For the gorgonzola sauce,melt the butter in a pot over low heat, add the sieved flour and the full-fatmilk.
  4. Whisk quickly until themixture becomes dense.
  5. Add sweet gorgonzola cut insmall pieces and let it melt.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and stirwell. Set aside.
  7. Mount the burger.
  8. Cut the bun.
  9. On the base put the rocket,tomato slices, fried chicken stripes and pour the gorgonzola sauce.
