Cereal mix with spicy Gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes, olives, pesto and mint


  • 320 g Cereal mix
  • 200 g Spicy gorgonzola
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • Taggiasca olives
  • Evo oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil pesto
  • Fresh mint


  1. Cook the cereal mix in abundant salted water according to the packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the seasoning.
  3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in 4, then cut the spicy gorgonzola in cubes.
  4. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the Taggiasca olives and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the cereals directly into the bowl, stir well and add the pesto.
  6. Serve lukewarm or cold, garnishing with fresh mint.
