Chicken stew with vegetables and sweet Gorgonzola PDO sauce

Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken breast
  • 3 courgettes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • Evo oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 200 g sweet Gorgonzola PDO
  • 150 g fresh cream
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them in half length wise and then in slices.
  2. Cut the chicken in 2 cm cubes.
  3. Heat a pan with a drizzle of evo oil.
  4. Add the chopped onion and brown for a few minutes.
  5. Add the vegetables and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
  6. Add the chicken and cook over medium heat until well done.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add the fresh cream and the sweet Gorgonzola PDO flakes.
  9. Stir well over low heat and add the chopped parsley.
  10. Serve hot.
