Chickpea Hummus with Spicy Gorgonzola PDO

Ingredients

  • 150 g Gorgonzola PDO (spicy)
  • 430 g chickpeas (cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons evo oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons Tahina

To garnish

  • 50 g Gorgonzola DOP ( spicy)
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • Sprouts
  • Focaccia (to accompany)

Preparation

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Put the hummus in a bowl, garnish with crumbled SPICY GORGONZOLA, a dash of evo oil, the sprouts and fresh parsley.
