Fancy savory doughnut with Gorgonzola Pdo

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 200 gr Gorgonzola Pdo
  • 1 cooked bell pepper
  • 50 gr olives
  • 50 g dry cured ham
  • 300 g 00 flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml seed oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 sachet of instant baking powder
  • Basil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Dice the bell pepper, dry cured ham, and olives.
  2. Transfer them to a bowl and add fresh basil leaves as well.
  3. Add the Gorgonzola Pdo and mix well. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl combine the eggs, milk, and oil and mix well with the help of a whisk.
  5. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix and then add the filling. Knead the mixture briefly.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a previously buttered and floured doughnut pan and level well.
  8. Bake the mixture at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  9. Serve warm or cold.
