No-cook balls with sweet gorgonzola, black sesame and paprika

Ingredients for 10 people

  • 250 g cow’s milk ricotta
  • 100 g SWEET GORGONZOLA
  • 70 g parmesan
  • Fresh herbs
  • Black pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Black sesame

Preparation

  1. In a blender add ricotta, SWEET GORGONZOLA, parmesan and fresh herbs. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Make balls the size of a nut, roll them in paprika or black sesame and serve immediately.
