Ingredients for 4 people

  • Gorgonzola Pdo 300 g
  • Milk 0.25 l
  • Pandoro 1 kg
  • Sugar 75 g
  • Cinnamon just enough


  1. Cut a pandoro into slices and spread them out on a dessert plate.
  2. Cream 300 g of Gorgonzola PDO with a quarter liter of milk, 75 g sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. To finish, spread the sauce on the pandoro or serve it separately in a bowl.
  4. You will then have an unusual dessert to serve on a special occasion.
