Pizza with Gorgonzola Pdo and squash blossoms


  • 200 g Gorgonzola Pdo
  • Pizza dough
  • 12 Squash blossoms
  • 6 anchovies in oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • Evo oil
  • Mixed herbs (dill, chives and parsley)
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Start by preparing the herb oil. In the blender glass, combine the leaves of the herbs in plenty of olive oil. Blend until the oil is bright green and then strain it with the help of a strainer. Keep aside.
  2. Oil the pizza pan, and roll out the dough to the edges.
  3. Scatter the squash blossoms, anchovies, capers, and herb oil.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 230° for 20 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, garnish with Gorgonzola Pdo, herb oil and black pepper. Serve immediately.
