Pizza with Gorgonzola Pdo Culatello di Zibello Pdo and apples
Ingredients
200 g Gorgonzola Pdo
Whole wheat pizza dough
200 g Gorgonzola Pdo
1 red apple
120 g Culatello di Zibello Pdo
Thyme
Evo oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Peel the apple and cut it into thin slices.
Oil the pizza pan, and spread the dough to the edges. Add the apple slices and the Gorgonzola Pdo. Garnish with fresh thyme, pepper and a drizzle of evo oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230° for 20 minutes.
Once cooked remove from the oven and add the Culatello di Zibello Pdo.
