Polenta Chips with Gorgonzola PDO Sauce


  • 120 g Gorgonzola PDO
  • 800 g cooked polenta
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • evo oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • pepper


  1. Cut the polenta slices into sticks.
  2. Transfer them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and add a drizzle of evo oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200° and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the Gorgonzola PDO sauce.
  5. In a small saucepan heat the cream over medium heat, once hot add the Gorgonzola PDO and a pinch of pepper.
  6. Stir well until the sauce is smooth.
  7. Serve the polenta chips hot and dip them in the Gorgonzola PDO sauce.
