Rectangular rustic puff pastry with red onions, sweet Gorgonzola, walnuts and rocket

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 rectangle of puff pastry
  • 2 large red onions
  • 300 g SWEET GORGONZOLA
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g rocket
  • Evo oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the onion and slice thinly.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and season with evo oil, salt and black pepper.
  3. Stir well. Stretch out the puff pastry and punch it with a fork avoiding the edges. Salt the pastry and put the onions on top.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200° and then cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Take out, let cool down and garnish the pastry with SWEET GORGONZOLA flakes, ground walnuts and rocket. Add a drizzle of oil and ground pepper.
