Rice burger stuffed with Gorgonzola PDO and salmon

Preparation

  1. Start preparing the burgers by cooking 250 g rice.  Place a pastry ring on a sheet of baking paper, place 2 tablespoons of rice inside and press down well with the back of a spoon. Remove the pastry ring and proceed in the same way for the other 3 rice discs. In a non-stick frying pan, lightly brown the burgers on both sides with a little EVO oil. Set aside.
  2. Cut 1 salmon fillet in half and 1 small red onion into thin slices. Cook the salmon in the same pan where you cooked the rice. Drizzle with soy sauce and stir occasionally. Season with pepper.
  3. Place the rice burger with the salad at the base, the onion, the salmon fillet, 30 g Gorgonzola Pdo for burgers and fresh herbs. Garnish with toasted sesame, close with the second rice disc and enjoy immediately with friends.
