Turkey rolls with Gorgonzola and vegetables


  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) of mild Gorgonzola
  • 150 g (5 2/7 oz) of turkey breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Tropea red onion
  • 1 leek, soy sauce
  • 1 celery stalk
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper as you like


  1. Make the turkey breasts thinner and cut in half.
  2. Lay in the centre a piece of Gorgonzola and close the roll with the help of a toothpick.
  3. Place them into a bowl and pour in the soy sauce necessary for marinating.
  4. In the meantime cut into julienne strips the leek, the carrot, the onion and the celery and sauté them in a previously oiled pan.
  5. After around 5 minutes, add the turkey rolls and cook for other 10 minutes. Serve them very hot.
