Vol au vent with sweet Gorgonzola cream, celery and carrots

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 12 Vol au vent
  • 400 g SWEET GORGONZOLA
  • 250 g clean celery and carrots
  • 50 g ricotta cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh oregano

Preparation

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them in very small cubes.
  2. In a bowl work SWEET GORGONZOLA and ricotta cheese with a spatula, add salt and pepper and the vegetable cubes.
  3. Transfer the filling to a sac à poche and cut the tip.
  4. Fill the vol au vent and garnish with a sprig of fresh oregano.
