Scrambled eggs with sweet gorgonzola on toasted bread and bacon

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 pat of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g Sweet Gorgonzola
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • Salt
  • Chives
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices of beacon


  1. Sear the bread on a very hot non-stick grid, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl put the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and stir properly with a whisk.
  3. In a hot pan, brown the bacon without oil, remove and set aside.
  4. In a pan melt a pat of butter, pour the egg mixture and then stir with a spatula.
  5. Add the chives and flakes of SPICY GORGONZOLA and stir quickly.
  6. Serve the scrambled eggs with toasted bread and crispy bacon.
