The Consorzio Gorgonzola trade fair activities are resuming, also abroad. After Cibus in Parma, the Consortium will fly to Germany to participate in the international fair ANUGA scheduled from 9 to 13 October in Cologne.
Participation will be in the AFIDOP stand, the Italian PDO Cheese Association chaired since last May by Antonio Auricchio, head of the Consorzio Gorgonzola.
