IT’S NOT CHRISTMAS WITHOUT GORGONZOLA PDO!

As we do every year, we offer some useful tips for bringing all the deliciousness and cheer of Gorgonzola Pdo to your Christmas table. This Italian delicacy, made from pasteurized whole cow’s milk, delights the palate as an appetizer, paired simply with crostini or raw vegetables; as a sauce for pasta or meat dishes; or, finally, as an irresistible dressing for pandoro or panettone desserts. Thanks to its deliciousness and ease of use, even the least experienced cook can’t go wrong!

If you want to try your hand at a more elaborate recipe, we suggest the one created by Tuscan chef Federico Fusca, a well-known face on the TV show “È sempre Mezzogiorno” and an influencer with over a million followers. His simple, authentic style draws on traditional cuisine, blending regional influences with an eye toward experimentation.
