Since 2011, on July 30 each year we have “celebrated” International Friendship Day, a shared moment, desired by the UN, to celebrate friendship between peoples, countries, cultures and individuals, and for us Italians, we know that the table is the best place to celebrate with friends.
Today, as never before, conviviality is a value to be rediscovered, perhaps around a handy cutting board of quality cheeses, or by bringing to the table many samples to be placed in the center of the table or passed around among guests, all in the name of the quality and taste of Gorgonzola Pdo.
