New recipes by the Gorgonzola Consortium have been added to the 2021 Recipe book (link to the form to download it). These are simple preparations to make at home with fresh seasonal ingredients and suitable for the whole family.
These range from “empty-fridge” recipes, using those foods that are never missing from the household pantry or the “leftovers” from the day before to make, for example, a tasty savoury pie, to more classic preparations such as salads and creams.
Moreover, if, in view of the summer season, you start to pay more attention to your figure, do not worry because Gorgonzola Pdo is not as fatty as its gluttonous appearance might lead you to think. In fact, a 60g serving provides 195 calories, equal to 10-15% of the daily calorie intake, the same as 35g chocolate, 45g breadsticks or 30g roasted peanuts. Gorgonzola Pdo contains serum proteins, which satiate quickly and preserve lean mass; casein, which stabilizes blood sugar and keeps hunger at bay for hours; and calcium, which keeps appetite under control.
