Following the Salone del Mobile, Milan is preparing to host another major international event, this time dedicated to food and wine. For Tuttofood 2026, scheduled for May 11–14 at Rho Fiera, approximately 100,000 industry professionals are expected to attend. They will be spread across ten themed pavilions dedicated to the finest Made in Italy food and beverage products, and, as with Design Week, the events will be scheduled in local venues and restaurants for “Fuori Tuttofood.”
The logo of the Consortium for the Protection of Gorgonzola Pdo Cheese, the unmistakable “CG,” will be prominently displayed at the consortium’s booth in Hall 1 – Stand T05, where young students from the “G. Ravizza” State Vocational Institute in Novara will serve all visitors a menu designed to best highlight the unmistakable flavor of Gorgonzola Pdo.
With annual production reaching a record high of over 5 million 410 thousand wheels in 2025, 39% of which were exported to over eighty countries worldwide, the Consortium’s participation in Tuttofood aims once again this year to promote the core values of the Consortium’s activities, including the protection and promotion of the product, by providing accurate information to Italian and international industry professionals regarding the “Gorgonzola” Protected Designation of Origin.
