Assorted platter with two cocktails, Gorgonzola PDO, jams

Ingredients

Cocktail Hugo with elderflower:

  • 6 cl Prosecco
  • 6 cl soda water
  • 3 cl elderflower cordial
  • Lime
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice

Aperol Spritz:

  • 6 cl Prosecco
  • 4 cl Aperol
  • Soda water q.s.
  • Orange

Other:

  • Taggiasca olives
  • Gorgonzola PDO
  • Fresh fruit and nuts
  • Honey
  • Fig jam
  • Bread

Preparation

  1. Put olives, jam and honey in little bowls and place them on a large cutting board.
  2. Toast the bread and put a slice of Gorgonzola PDO on each slice of bread.
  3. Place some fresh fruit and nuts ad lib.
  4. Fill the glasses with ice, in one pour Aperol, prosecco and then soda water.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange.
  6. In the other glass, pour elderflower cordial, prosecco and soda water.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh mint.
