Crispy Broccoli and Gorgonzola PDO sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g boiled broccoli
  • to taste: aromatic herbs paprika
  • to taste: evo oil salt pepper

 

for the sauce:

  • 150 g Gorgonzola PDO
  • 100 ml milk
  • to taste: pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix extra-virgin olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper and herbs in a small bowl.
  2. Leave to rest for a few minutes. Arrange the broccoli florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Mash the broccoli using a meat tenderizer or a glass.
  4. Drizzle with the flavoured oil and brown in the oven at 200°C. Prepare the Gorgonzola PDO sauce.
  5. Heat the milk in a saucepan and then add the Gorgonzola PDO.
  6. Melt it over a low heat and add pepper to taste.
  7. Set the sauce to one side. Serve the broccoli with the Gorgonzola PDO sauce.
