Fruit in Passito

Ingredients

  • 16 Mixed dried fruits (figs, dates, apricots, pitted plums)
  • 100 g Gorgonzola Pdo
  • Fresh cream
  • Passito or Marsala wine
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Stir Gorgonzola Pdo vigorously with a whisk adding a tablespoon of cream and teaspoon of wine
  2. Carve the fruit and stuff it with the mixture.
  3. Serve it with a light sprinkling of cinnamon powder.
