Hasselback potatoes with cooked ham, fresh oregano and spicy Gorgonzola PDO


  • 150 gr Gorgonzola PDO (spicy)
  • 4 potatoes (medium-sized)
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • Butter
  • Fleur de sel
  • oregano (fresh)
  • Long sticks


  1. Put a long stick through each potato on the lower part in order to make the cuts without reaching the bottom.
  2. Cut in a regular and thin manner.
  3. Fill the splits alternating cooked ham and SWEET GORGONZOLA.
  4. Transfer the potatoes to a backing tray.
  5. Put some butter flakes, fresh oregano and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180° and then cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Take out and serve immediately.
