Hotdog with frankfurters and Gorgonzola Pdo sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g Gorgonzola Pdo
  • 4 frankfurters from the day before
  • 4 hotdog buns
  • 50 g fresh cream
  • 400 g cooked sauerkraut
  • chives
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Start by preparing the Gorgonzola Pdo sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the cream and then add the Gorgonzola Pdo. Melt it over low heat and then add the pepper and chopped chives. Set aside.
  2. Cut the bread in half and toast it, then warm the frankfurters.
  3. Lay the sauerkraut, frankfurters and Gorgonzola Pdo sauce on the bread. Garnish with the chives and black pepper.
