Roasted carrots with bread crumble, Gorgonzola PDO and sesame oil


  1. Coarsely chop 3 slices of bread and then transfer them to a blender. Add the herbs and blend until you obtain crumbs. Place them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper and brown them in a preheated oven at 160° for 10 minutes. Keep them aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of sesame oil with 1 tablespoon of honey, salt and black pepper. Peel and skin 12 carrots, place them on an oven tray and season with the sesame oil and herb sauce prepared earlier.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through. Garnish with Gorgonzola Pdo and the bread crumble and herbs. Serve immediately.
