- Coarsely chop 3 slices of bread and then transfer them to a blender. Add the herbs and blend until you obtain crumbs. Place them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper and brown them in a preheated oven at 160° for 10 minutes. Keep them aside.
- In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of sesame oil with 1 tablespoon of honey, salt and black pepper. Peel and skin 12 carrots, place them on an oven tray and season with the sesame oil and herb sauce prepared earlier.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220° for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through. Garnish with Gorgonzola Pdo and the bread crumble and herbs. Serve immediately.
