Roll with homemade bread, beef stake slices and sweet Gorgonzola sauce


  • 8 slices Homemade bread
  • 400 g Beef stake
  • 300 g Sweet Gorgonzola PDO
  • 1 glass Fresh cream
  • 15 Yellow cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs
  • Evo oil
  • Maldon salt
  • Black pepper


  1. Start preparing the gorgonzola sauce. In a pan, heat the gorgonzola with the cream.
  2. Cook over low heat until the mixture is dense.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of evo oil and cook the meat 2 minutes per side.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to a cutting board and slice (not too thin).
  7. Start composing the roll.
  8. Put a toasted slice of bread on a plate, add the cut yellow cherry tomatoes, the sliced beef steak and pour the gorgonzola sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs and close the roll with another slice of bread.
