Savory clafoutis with Gorgonzola Pdo and mixed vegetables

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g Gorgonzola Pdo
  • 800 g mixed vegetables from the day before (zucchini, eggplants, peppers)
  • Mixed herbs (thyme and marjoram)
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 120 ml fresh cream
  • 125 g of flour
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. To prepare the batter for the clafoutis combine the eggs with the flour in a bowl, beat them with a whisk, and add the milk and cream.
  2. Adjust the salt and pepper and add the herbs. Oil a ceramic mold with raised edges and transfer the vegetables to it.
  3. Pour in the prepared batter, add Gorgonzola Pdo and the halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes, until the clafoutis is puffy and golden.
