Pizza muffin with gorgonzola pdo, tomato, olives and basil

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 250 ml of tomato puree
  • 200 Gorgonzola Pdo
  • Olives
  • Basil
  • Evo Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Pour the tomato puree into a bowl and season it with Evo oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Take the dough ball and lay it on a floured surface.
  2. Roll out the dough about 1 cm thick with a rolling pin.
  3. Start by spreading the tomato puree all over the surface, keeping a couple of tablespoons aside. Add the Gorgonzola Pdo and olives as well.
  4. Fold over, making a roll, and cut into 6 parts. Transfer the rolls to a muffin mold and top with more tomatoes and olives.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 230° for 20 minutes. Serve them warm, garnishing them with fresh basil.
