Sweet gorgonzola and lentil burger with mixed salad


  • 400 g cooked lentils
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs + breadcrumbs for breading
  • 2 tablespoons of evo oil
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g sweet gorgonzola
  • Mixed salad


  1. Put the lentils, 1/2 shallot, breadcrumbs, evo oil, thyme leaves, egg, gorgonzola, 1 pinch of salt and black pepper in the blender. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and compact.
  2. Shape the Burgers using a mould, bread them with the breadcrumbs and brown in a non-stick pan with evo oil for about 7 minutes per side.
  3. Serve the lentil burgers warm or lukewarm and garnish with a mixed salad.
