Gorgonzola at Anuga for the Centenary of the Fair

The Gorgonzola Consortium participates in Anuga, the important international fair dedicated to food that this year celebrates its hundredth birthday. From 5 to 9 October in Cologne Gorgonzola will participate with the Afidop team together with Asiago, Mozzarella di bufala campana, Grana Padano, Pecorino Toscano and Taleggio. The stand will arrange tastings with pairings, also with local products, specially dedicated to the gourmet sandwich. This activity shall be followed by the Consortium’s social media. The sandwich with Gorgonzola, considered a full meal if made with the right mix of ingredients, will also be the protagonist of another initiative by the Consortium dedicated to the general public and scheduled from 7 to 9 November in Milan.
