The new recipe book of the Consortium for the Protection of Gorgonzola Dop Cheese will be presented at the next edition of Cibus, scheduled from May 7 to 10 in Parma.
In the meantime, we propose 4 spring and summer inspired recipes. Unpublished dishes, simple to make and tasty thanks to the extra touch given by the deliciousness of Gorgonzola Dop.
These are preparations to be served cold, such as the tasty baguette bruschettas, and some that still need the stove, such as the tasty Carrot cakes or the Pizzaiola Chicken Cutlets.
Rounding out the selection is also a foreign-inspired recipe such as Asparagus Quiche in the best French tradition, to be enjoyed with friends, perhaps on the occasion of the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris.
