The Gorgonzola Pdo Consortium closes the first half of 2024 by participating in the Summer Fancy Food in New York.
The Summer Fancy Food, a prestigious U.S. trade show, is scheduled for June 23-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. This event, organized by the Specialty Food Association (SFA), is the pinnacle of the food industry in North America. Annually, it draws in buyers, manufacturers, and distributors from the United States and around the world, all converging in the heart of Manhattan for a three-day event dedicated to discovering the finest specialty foods.
Our participation in the Summer Fancy Food is not just about introducing the properties and characteristics of Gorgonzola Pdo to the North American market. It’s a cultural journey, a celebration of our millenary dairy art. At our booth (Booth 2523), we will organize product tastings, not just to promote an Italian excellence, but to share the rich history and cultural significance of Gorgonzola Pdo. This is especially important in a market where products that evoke the Pdo and Italian-ness, but lack our dairy art, are proliferating.
