Baked pears with sweet Gorgonzola, thyme, walnuts e honey
Ingredients
4 pears
200 g sweet gorgonzola
Fresh thyme
Walnuts
2 tablespoon of acacia honey
Black pepper
Preparation
Wash the pears and cut them in half.
Remove the inner part and transfer to a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper.
Preheat the oven to 180° and then cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the pears from the oven, put them on a serving plate and garnish with flakes of sweet gorgonzola, honey, ground walnuts, fresh thyme and some ground black pepper.
