Baked pears with sweet Gorgonzola, thyme, walnuts e honey


  • 4 pears
  • 200 g sweet gorgonzola
  • Fresh thyme
  • Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon of acacia honey
  • Black pepper


  1. Wash the pears and cut them in half.
  2. Remove the inner part and transfer to a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180° and then cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the pears from the oven, put them on a serving plate and garnish with flakes of sweet gorgonzola, honey, ground walnuts, fresh thyme and some ground black pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
