Drowned egg in a soup of bread, spicy Gorgonzola PDO and Serrano ham


  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leg celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 jug water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Bread (stale)
  • 1 Glass white wine vinegar
  • 100 g Gorgonzola PDO (spicy)
  • 4 eggs (fresh)
  • 200 g Serrano ham


  1. In a pan, put extra virgin olive oil, chopped onion, celery and carrot. Brown well.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes.
  3. Add the bread into the brown.
  4. Bathe with water.
  5. A pinch of salt.
  6. A grating of black pepper.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
