Fried tortellini and Gorgonzola PDO sauce and chives


  • 250 g cooked tortellini
  • to taste seed oil


for the sauce:

  • 200 g Gorgonzola PDO
  • 150 ml milk
  • to taste chives pepper


  1. Start by preparing the Gorgonzola PDO sauce. Heat the milk in a saucepan and then add the Gorgonzola PDO.
  2. Melt it over a low heat, then add the chives and add pepper to taste. Set the sauce to one side. Heat plenty of seed oil in a frying pan.
  3. When the oil is hot, plunge the tortellini in a few at a time until perfectly golden.
  4. Drain the tortellini and serve them with the sauce.
