Gourmet White Pizza with sweet Gorgonzola PDO

Ingredients

  • 1 ball Pizza Dough
  • 100 g Sweet Gorgonzola PDO
  • 4 Broccoli Tips
  • Hazelnuts
  • 40 g Speck
  • Pomegranate
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove

Preparation

  1. Wash the broccoli and take the tips.
  2. Blanch in plenty salted water for 10 minutes and then transfer to a pan with a dash of evo oil and a garlic clove.
  3. Brown the broccoli over medium heat for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray, add a dash of oil and half of the sweet Gorgonzola PDO in flakes, broccoli tips and speck slices.
  5. Bake at 240 °C in static oven until the pizza crust is golden.
  6. Garnish the pizza with ground hazelnuts, pomegranate, black pepper and the rest of sweet Gorgonzola PDO in flakes.
