Plum cake made with sandwich bread stuffed with Gorgonzola PDO, cooked ham and grilled courgettes


  • 200 g Gorgonzola PDO
  • 2 Long courgettes
  • 10 slices Sandwich bread
  • 100 g Cooked Ham
  • Basil
  • Evo oil
  • Pepper


  1. Wash the courgettes and slice thinly lengthwise.
  2. Grill on both sides and set aside.
  3. Take a slice of bread, place on top the Gorgonzola PDO, the ham, the grilled courgettes, a basil leaf and again the Gorgonzola PDO so that the slices of bread do not separate.
  4. Continue until all the ingredients are used up.
  5. Transfer the slices to a plum cake pan and bake in a preheated oven to 180° for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve lukewarm.
