Pulled chicken burger with Gorgonzola PDO

Ingredients

  • 4 burger buns
  • 100 g Gorgonzola PDO
  • 1 whole chicken breast cooked in spices
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 40 g sweet and sour onion
  • to taste: BBQ sauce and lamb’s lettuce

Preparation

  1. Start by shredding the chicken breast. Place it in a bowl and add paprika and BBQ sauce.
  2. Stir thoroughly and set to one side. Slice the spring onion into rounds. Cut the buns in half and toast them.
  3. Assemble the burgers by placing the lamb’s lettuce on the base, then the pulled chicken, the sweet and sour onion and the Gorgonzola PDO.
  4. Garnish with the green part of the onion. Close the bun and enjoy!
