Small focaccias stuffed with Gorgonzola PDO, roasted turkey rump and rocket

Ingredients

  • 1 focaccia dough ball
  • Evo oil
  • 150 g roasted turkey
  • 200 g sweet Gorgonzola PDO
  • Rocket
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Divide the dough in 6 balls.
  2. Roll out on a baking tray with focaccia shape, pressing the dough with your fingers.
  3. Add a dash of evo oil, a pinch of salt, preheat the oven to 240° and then cook until well baked.
  4. Once cold, cut them in half and stuff with a first layer of rocket.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the roasted turkey and a few slices of sweet Gorgonzola PDO.
