Smoked salmon with spicy Gorgonzola PDO and mustard and honey sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g spicy Gorgonzola PDO
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • to taste: dill sorrel pepper

Preparation

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing the mustard, honey, lime juice, dill and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir thoroughly. Cut the spicy Gorgonzola PDO into cubes.
  3. Arrange the slices of salmon on a plate and dress with the sauce, spicy Gorgonzola PDO and sorrel.
